Located in the traditional village of Koryfasi, just a few minutes from the beaches of Messinia and Costa Navarino, the villa offers the perfect balance between privacy and easy access to some of the region’s most beautiful destinations.
Designed with respect for traditional Messinian architecture, Villa Gaia combines warm interiors, natural materials and thoughtful details to create the feeling of a true home away from home.
With four bedrooms, spacious living areas and a large private garden, the villa is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples travelling together. Children can enjoy the outdoor space, while long summer lunches and evenings can be spent beneath the trees.
Our goal is simple: for our guests to experience Greece not simply as visitors, but as guests of a home.
My name is Athanasios, and after years of experience in luxury hospitality and gastronomy — working with five-star hotels, leading restaurants and consulting projects across Greece — I decided to create a place of my own, shaped by the values I believe matter most: warmth, care and authenticity.
Having travelled extensively throughout Europe and beyond, I have learned that the most memorable stays are not defined only by beautiful surroundings, but by the way a guest is made to feel.
At Villa Gaia Navarino, my aim is to offer the comfort and privacy of your own home, combined with the personal attention of a host who genuinely cares about your stay.
I am always available to share local recommendations, help organise activities and assist whenever needed, so you can simply relax and enjoy Messinia at your own pace.
